NL Beauty is seeking an experienced web-savvy Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager.

This position will be responsible for driving the growth, development, execution, engagement, and measurement of multi-platform social strategies for NL Beauty. Our ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and social media trends, and has heavy experience creating on-brand social content to strategically drive consideration, engagement, sales, and loyalty.

This is a full-time position and we are looking for our next Social Media & Influencers Manager to join our team this month in Sofia.


Major Duties

Influencer Partnerships
  • Develop & maintain relationships with media influencers, platform partners, and key bloggers
  • Manage influencer and ambassador seeding, outreach, collaboration negotiations and contracts
  • Connect influencers with brand launches and promotions
  • Expand and strengthen network of influencers

Community Growth & Engagement
  • Engage, grow and convert social media followers and fans
  • Expand community with daily listening, maintenance, community engagement/conversation, monitoring and issue escalation/response.
  • Monitor trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of the program.

Content Strategy & Development
  • Develop the brand’s social media content strategy, combining creativity, innovation, historical performance, social media trends and consumer trends
  • Constantly seek and test new trends and platforms, to be early adopters and be digital pioneers in areas that are relevant for our consumer target
  • Develop clear data-driven goals for social media programs and campaigns, with user engagement and experience in mind that aligns with overall brand priorities and financial targets
  • Understand social analytics and how that impacts visual and content direction for each channel.
  • Plan, curate, manage, and execute all social photography and create weekly and seasonal shot lists.
  • Manage the branded look, feel and messaging to ensure consistency across all social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Write copy and consistently deliver on-brand voice across all social platforms for each brand.
  • Create build up around product/campaign launches & orchestrate engaging video content i.e. How-To, Get the Look, Product Demos, Tutorials, etc.
  • Monitor and analyse performance of each campaign to measure impact.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience building and engaging social media audiences
  • Mastery in and passion for all social media channels (Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, Facebook)
  • Experience leading the creation and implementing digital/social media campaigns
  • Experience managing paid social budgets in an efficient manner on major platforms
  • Able to demonstrate how social campaigns deliver impact to broader business and marketing objectives
  • Experience negotiating and executing vendor contracts (influencers, content creators, illustrators, etc)
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, branding and photography
  • Photoshop
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to interpret data using established analytic/reporting tools to create actionable social marketing programs
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
  • Sales experience
